OOTD: feat H&M

image (24)image (26)
This simple dress from H&M is so versatile, and at £9.99, you really need to be asking yourself why you don’t have it!

You can’t see it in the photos, but I’m wearing the comfiest M&S boots, you can find them HERE for £35.00.

OUTFIT 1
Adding this Asos hat and this biker jacket from H&M, makes a great evening look!

OUTFIT 2
Using my beloved vintage mens shirt, this makes a very casual look. I totally channeled my inner cowgirl for this one!

OUTFIT 3
Anyone who follows me on Instagram, will have seen this jumper from Dorothy Perkins, which I nabbed for £12 in their knitwear sale. This is perfect for a chilly day, going out shopping and grabbing some lunch.

Oh, and for anyone who’s not totally sold on these midi dresses, this one has a slit quite high up the leg, meaning it’s not as restricting as others can be. This is great for someone who wants to try out the trend! For £9.99, you definitely won’t regret it!

OOTD Feat Topshop + asos

It’s definitely getting colder, but I’m not quite ready to leave my autumn outfits! Once I see snow, the big coats will come out… Maybe.

I love casual looks anyway, a comfy top, chuck on some leggings, any kind of hat, some ballet pumps and a rocking jacket, and you’ve got yourself a great little outfit!

I’m also really digging eyeliner on the lower lid, definitely feeling more and more like my 15 year old self everyday.

JACKET // £58.00 TOPSHOP
HAT // £12.50 ASOS
TOP // £18.00 TOPSHOP
LEGGINGS // £12.00 TOPSHOP

Oh, and the outfit just wouldn’t be complete without my beautiful Marc Jacobs watch 😉

All Dressed Up & Nowhere To Go

For those of you who follow me on Instagram, you would have seen the dress my mum sent up, it’s divine. So I popped it on, vamped up my make up and took some snaps.

The dress is from M&S Limited Collection. Find it here

It’s absolutely beautiful!

Oh, and check out my make up! I never wear this much, and I am super happy with my smokey eye! I achieved it with Benefit’s ‘Smokin’ Eyes’ Makeover kit, find it here here. (The photo is upside down because my face looks totally weird the other way)

SAM_0205

It’s my birthday in exactly 3 weeks, we’ll be going to Canary Wharf for a lovely dinner, so I will DEFINITELY be recreating this look!

Hope everyone had a good start to their week!

Bonfire Night OOTD

Happy 5th November everyone, I hope you’re all enjoying the fireworks and bonfires!

It’s chilly outside, so layers really are your best friend.

Jean Jacket // Topshop
Vans // Schuh
Leggings // Topshop
Jumper // Marks & Spencer
Hat // Asos

Things to remember tonight:

  • If you’re going to a fireworks display, wear sensible shoes! More than likely, it will be on a field, and probably muddy, so wear warm shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
  • Keep hold of your bag! Think about it, a field full of people, all looking up, loud bangs everywhere. It’s the perfect situation to brush past someone, taking your bag with them.

Oh, and as the weather gets colder, the hair gets warmer! (colour wise)

I love dying my hair a warm auburn when winter approaches. Anyone else do this?!

OOTD: New Look + Topshop

20131102-191321.jpg

20131102-191329.jpg

Say hello to my beautiful new tartan dress from New Look! (£17.99)

It’s a very raining and stormy Saturday here in Newcastle, but we had an amazing 2-0 win against Chelsea at home, so I thought I may as well make an effort! (Sorry girls, I’m also kind of a big footie fan)

I love tartan, and this dress goes so perfect with a pair of black tights and either a simple pair of pumps or some kick ass black boots.

As it is raining today, I paired my dress with the ‘most worn Topshop jacket’ EVER. Literally every girl has this jacket, and I am not surprised because it’s sooo nice.

Anyway… Who doesn’t love tartan on tartan?!

Enjoy you’re Saturday everyone!

Autumn OOTD

Topshop is honestly KILLING it this season. The jackets, dresses, trousers skirts, tops, accessories, everything is so perfect!

My two favourite pieces:

Red and cream Bretton stripe top £20.00
MOTO Vintge Borg denim jacket £58.00

image (17)

I have to say, sometimes Topshop will charge a lot of money for something that just isnt worth it. However, this jacket, is so worth it.

You will not second guess buying it, honestly, it goes so well with everything, and the lining is really thick and cosy (the sleeves are not lined) The sizes are pretty good too, I went a size bigger, just in case I want to wear a thicker top underneath.

The top s also lovely, I love the red and cream combination, its very flattering.

For a super casual look, I just paired the top and jacket with black leggings, black pumps and the best tote bag from Lush.

I wish I could buy everything, but we’re currently saving for a house, so I have to cut my spending down…kind of.

Well, it’s official, Autumn in here (hooray!)

I love cosy nights, boots, snuggly jumpers, crunchy orange leaves and girls dying their hair ginger.

I wasn’t doing anything today, literally, nothing. No need for a fancy outfit today, but this is my perfect everyday look for these rare lazy days.

Make up is super simple, I’m surprised I even put mascara on really! (I really am that lazy)

Shirt; Vintage men’s shirt from charity shop £15.00
Leggings;  H&M £7.99
Boots; Debenhams £40.00
Jacket; Barbour £109.00
Beanie; Limited Collection at M&S £9.00
